By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n AXVERSE MEDIA provides digital music promotion services, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reach, views, and engagement on any social media platform depend on that platform’s algorithm, audience behavior, and content quality \u2014 none of which any agency can fully control. We do not guarantee a specific number of views, followers, or engagement for any package. We commit to delivering the agreed number of reels\/posts across the agreed AI influencer pages, produced and promoted to the best of our team’s ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You agree to provide accurate information (song links, artist details, contact information) and timely feedback needed to produce and post your content. Delays caused by missing information or late responses may affect delivery timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Package pricing, payment schedule, and deliverables are as agreed in your signed Client Agreement or invoice. As a Udyam-registered MSME, payments are governed by the MSMED Act, 2006 \u2014 invoices are due within 45 days of issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Monthly packages renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled with prior written notice (see Section 1.7). Trial packages are one-time and do not auto-renew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Content created for your campaign (reels, edits) becomes usable by you for your own promotional purposes once delivered. AXVERSE MEDIA retains the right to showcase completed work (with your permission) as part of our portfolio\/case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Either party may terminate an ongoing monthly engagement with 15 days’ written notice<\/strong>, as specified in our Partnership\/Client Agreement. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for work already completed or in progress \u2014 see our Refund Policy for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n AXVERSE MEDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or opportunity due to campaign performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These terms are governed by the laws of India.
